Scrape is a feature that is used while your torrents are not active. This is something different altogether.

@OP: What status message do you get from the tracker? You can usually find this by clicking on a torrent, then clicking the "Trackers" tab to see the message.

It's true that some days ago the upload ratio was higher than in the last two or three days (and I'm seeding new torrents, freeleechers, etc.)

I've been seeding all night on 5G internet for several torrents and my upload ratio has barely changed.

I know for certain at this point I've uploaded more than I've downloaded. No responses from support.

Sucks. Guess I'll go back to Gay-Torrents.net. They have less selection but at least they aren't hung up on your DL ratio.

To get back on topic, I've officially tried everything. I can't connect to the backend, and no matter what client I use and regardless of SSL, I can't seed or download. I've rebooted, reinstalled, and cleared everything I can, but no dice. So I guess that means I can't use the site. A pity, but I hope you all can work things out.

This means that you are not able to connect to the tracker's back end, which is where your problem is coming in. The only solution for this is a VPN service. I usually recommend Private VPN, as it is what a number of our staff use.

You may need a different VPN provider as not being able to open that link means you are unable to connect to the tracker's back end.

Can you just find and fix the issue? Obviously something is still wrong. I tried both with and without SSL. Same thing in both cases. Other trackers works fine without any issues.

What is the error message you are getting from the tracker? Also, are you able to open this link?

No I cant open that link. ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT
And in Qbittorrent I get: "Not working" on tracker. With and without SSL.

Sometimes it works, sometimes not. I can start a torrent and wait anything from an hour to a week and all the sudden the torrent starts downloading. But I may have 2-3 torrents added and sometimes only 1 or 2 of them starts downloading while the 3rd still didnt start.

My clients reporting

Error operation cancelled.
I've used this site for years and dont normally have any issues.

Edit.
Just disabled SSL torrent announce and downloaded a torrent file.  This is now connecting to the tracker successfully.
Guess I'll have to leave that off…...

I'm getting "Scrape Error - Tracker gave HTTP response code 404 (not found)" on 162 non SSL torrents on Transmission 3.0 for Mac right now. Will this resolve itself later on? or is it permanent, and is there a current work-around for this?

then, only after logging in on the website and restarting rtorrent it suddenly connects again. do I have to log in, like, every day to be able to seed? that never used to be the case, and my setup hasn't changed since I joined in 2008 (dammit, that's a long time now… :))
