I have a major issue with uploading. No matter what site i'm on or isp I us I can't upload anything.  Can someone guide me in the right direction as to what I need to do to fix this? I even switched cable modems and that didn't solve the problem

You've uploaded 452.80 GB since you joined a little over a year ago.  Has anything changed recently?  Computer, torrent or firewall software, ISP, etc.?  Modem shouldn't matter normally.

It's difficult to offer any help with nothing more to go one than "I can't upload anything".  The way the internet works, information has to flow in both directions just to load a page, so if you can post here, you are uploading currently.
