I've recently uploaded several torrents that do not appear on the Browse screen and are immediately listed as dead. Any idea what might be the problem?

I've written to the Helpdesk several times, but I've never received a response.

Did you go to the torrent page and download the torrent file from there and then add it to your torrent software so it could find and check the video file on your hard drive in order to seed?
