<![CDATA[Downloading problem with tracker]]>I currently don't have any torrents in my que at all but when I try to add a new torrent file to utorrent for downloading I keep receiving this message…

Bad Ratio: Ratio:10.509 (To many Torrents.. Your current limit is 15 at the same time. See Rules / To fix limits you could Donate)

Again I don't currently have any torrents that I am seeding or leeching but I continue receiving this message when I try to add a torrent file and I don't know what to do it's been happening more than 24 hours. Please Help.

You may have a bunch of incomplete torrents that this site will consider active downloads; I currently have two.
If that's what's happening then click on the button for active downloads to know the names of the problem files - delete them from your Torrent server and you'll be good to go.

In my case I think it has to do with torrents that get removed from the site. If they get removed before ever finishing, they seem to continue to take up slots.
