<![CDATA[Can I send bonus points to someone?]]>I'm familiar with giving bonus points along with a thank-you on a torrent.  I've been chatting with some guys on here who haven't uploaded torrents, and they could use a few bonus points to help their ratio.  I've got a bunch of them; is there a way I can give points to someone who hasn't uploaded a torrent?
