I'm currently stuck on freeleech only and even on a file with ~15 lechers I can't seem to do it. I guess it's all going toward others, but if so, how can I make sure to get my ratio up?

It's simple, the only way to make good ratios if for you to upload a movie. I'm sure you're a member of other gay trackers. If not, learn how to rip movies from open porn sites and share them. Simple.
