When I upload to or download a file from this site, the seeding stops once the it has been grabbed once or the download finishes. As a result, despite the fact I am almost constantly online, my ratio is getting worse. What really confuses me is that this only happens here. Torrents I download from other sites seed normally.

Does anyone know if this is a Vuze problem, or is there something abnormal about my connection to the tracker here? Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
Read the docs:

Super-Seeding makes sure you "seed" different parts of the file(s) before re-sending parts you have already sent to others.
Here's the scenario that makes this a good thing. You seed your file, and it is broken into 5 parts. Leecher A comes along and asks for part #1, then B asks for part #1 too, so you start re-sending part #1 to B.
Grow this to thousands of parts and dozens of leechers, and you are re-sending the same parts over and over and no one ever gets the whole thing!
Super-Seeding means that when you've sent part #1 to A, you send part #2 to B and so on... this is supposed to be a TORRENT, after all: once you've sent #1 to A, B can get it from them!

Forced seeding just overrides your internal queueing... you still send a scrape.

The action you need to take to force your torrent to seed is to PAUSE IT (aka STOP SEEDING IT), wait for any existing traffic to END, then re-start the seeding.

This causes your client to RE-ANNOUNCE itself (different from a scrape)

As I understand it, the not-supporting-scrape issue comes down to some ability to cheat the rationator system using scrapes... (clearly, I do NOT know the details there!)... But IMHO, having to work around that is a SMALL PRICE to pay for all this free, quality porn!

There is a qBitTorrent HOWTO on this site:
https://community.gaytor.rent/topic/53086/qbittorrent-gt-ru-guide

The long story-short of which is that, with qBitTorrent, you need to get around the scrape issue @<bdi>Pawpcorn</bdi> described above by telling qBitTorrent to re-check your torrents after completing them. That way, the torrent client stops seeding to check the torrent, then starts seeding again when it completes that task (with a re-announce and not a scrape).

Or, you could follow the instructions of @<bdi>Pawpcorn</bdi> above and use the older uTorrent client...

It totally Force Seeds. If you right click on a torrent, the pop up box that opens, the default menu in the box starts with 'controls' on the left hand side. There are two green arrows; one is for normal seeding, the other is for Forced Seeding. I believe if you hover over the arrows, one will stay "force start", and thats the one you want. There is also an option in the settings area that you can enable which automatically force start seeds the torrent upon completion of download. When you initially bring in a new torrent, the pop up window allows you to set force start for the download process.

I'm force seeding 2,246 torrents as I type this.

See my attached screen shot. There is even a column in the view which indicates the type of seeding for the torrent, and you'll see Forced Seeding for every single one of them. So go back and work with it. You'll figure it out.

The developers split off and formed a new software product, open-source, no fees, no spam-ware, no advertisements, no spyware, and I speak of it often here in the forums. The took the Vuze engine and created "BiglyBT" which acts a lot like Vuze but has had a year's worth of development effort put into it. I can say enough about it. Free download. And it's configured to take your existing Vuze setup/library/logs/history and import it directly into the newly installed BiglyBT client. You can download it at https://www.biglybt.com.

Our tracker server DOES NOT HAVE SCRAPE ENABLED.
