]]></description><link>https://community.gaytor.rent/post/249818</link><guid isPermaLink="true">https://community.gaytor.rent/post/249818</guid><dc:creator><![CDATA[hattrick7723]]></dc:creator><pubDate>Thu, 14 Feb 2019 16:15:24 GMT</pubDate></item><item><title><![CDATA[Reply to Shoulder soreness on Thu, 14 Feb 2019 01:56:40 GMT]]></title><description><![CDATA[<p dir="auto">Hi - if you've had soreness for over a year I'd get a medically qualified person to look at that such as a physiotherapist or similar.  I think you need to find out what's going on there first before possibly aggravating it, as if its rotar cuff related that can take a while to heal and if aggravated will cause a lot of ongoing injuries that will limit what you can do in the gym and certain sports like swimming and tennis for example.</p>
<p dir="auto">Definitely get it checked out.  If it's muscle soreness after a weight training workouts that you know are causing it, build up with smaller weights and don't rush it.  Warm up and cool down to help remove lactic acid.</p>
<p dir="auto">It's because you said it's been going on for a while makes me think you need a physio/osteo to check it out.  They'll treat it/give you remedial exercises to improve it and supporting tendons and so on.</p>
