I'm having a terrible time trying to get a good ratio. I only have one day to achieve the targeted limit, otherwise I will have my download privileges taken away. Even though I have 18 files that are showing "seeding" I'm hardly getting any uploads from me. I think my problem is to do with port forwarding. I've been following various tutorials on how to set up a static IP, but when I go to change the adapter settings in Control Panel, the Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPV4) Properties look nothing like the ones in the tutorials. All the boxes are blank, so if I make a mistake and my internet ends up not working, I can't go back to reset the properties back to the way they were – so, I'm too afraid to change them. Can anyone help me with this please?

I don't mind donating money, but only if I can pay with Paypal -- I don't want to use my credit card.
