Sure! I know the site… I joined once, but my BF did not like me posting pictures there for the masses to see! xD So I had to take them out and shut the account so he could feel at ease. =/

Anyway, I' doing the 12-week routine for Building Muscle. Currently on week 5, after doing 8 last year right before going on vacation with him to BsAs! Mwahaha! So far, it's feel good. I'm not looking to become a body-builder or anything but to gain around 10lbs of lean muscle and get my 6-pack abs! =D

Perhaps you have a nice idea there... we could get more people to make a group here willing to get fit in a certain amount of time we set for example...

It's all about giving it a shot...
