<![CDATA[Rape stat lies and the left]]>RAINN is constantly cited as a source for rape stats by the left.

There's a massive problem with RAINN's stats.

RAINN's main claim is that for every 1,000 rapes committed, they claim that only 6 men go to prison.  They then extrapolate into a % which again is misleading, at best and an outright lie at worst.

RAINN, like all feminist based anti-rape groups, falsely claim that 1 rape equals 1 rapist.  This is counter to everything we know about crime and criminals.    Most rapes are done by serial rapists, not one-off rapists.

So we have to ask, is this blatant dishonesty or obscene stupidity on their parts?!  I know which one I think is the case.

They can't explain how they know this figure and questioning it makes you a rape supporter.

Ok, we know how they get the 310 figure since they have been reported.  However, we do not know how they get the 1,000 figure and they can't/won't explain it.
