Any recommendations on video thumb maker?  I'm not that concerned about cost, but I'd rather choose one that's recommended and preferred by everyone.

Personally I use the one that comes with my favorite video player (Media Player Classic - Home Cinema [MPC-HC]). Easy to use, configurable, fast, and FREE.

Has a good range of options for customising your thumbnail sheet, is quick to generate the thumbnails and isn't expensive (only $10).
