But there are many games  that feature some gay characters or has a little gay context in some parts - GTA and MKX come to mind.

Not the guys or the company that would create he games. They already take forever to check and allow updates for certain "normal " games . I really doubt that its gonne happen. Would be nice but i think stuff like that will only be possible on pc.
