<![CDATA[Neighbours from hell]]>My neighbours scream at their young children but don't seem to care who hears them. I have subtly asked if everything was ok a few times but they don't get the hint. I cant call the police either as they would tell my neighbour. Ive resorted to putting an old radio outside my garage closest to their kitchen window an listen to the radio at a decent volume. It drowns out their screaming. I don't give a fuck anymore haha.
Is that wrong?

Can't you call the police on them for a noise complaint?
