I record and produce chaturbate vids and upload them here i sometimes spent my own $$ to record private shows or ticket shows so wanted to ask if it is ok to set up a paypal donation account ask $1 $2 $5 $10 donations to record private ticket shows of cams users want to see?

I would strongly discourage this practice. Not only is this a great way to land yourself into trouble, but PayPal also has a clause in their terms of service that prohibits their service from being used in any way to promote the delivery of adult content, so doing this would also violate PayPal's terms of service.
