I have a video downloader from Google Play Store (one of the most popular ones). On mobile, there's no limit to how many videos a day you can watch on mymusclevideo (on PC, it limits it to 2 X-rated vids a day if you are a free user). You just play the video, then press and hold on the screen "Save video."

Yeah it's an issue of the site, they're trying to convert their videos to MP4 but since they're not done yet they decided to use Flash, as of right now they're dealing with some issue with it since both Microsoft and Apple have turned it off this is why some videos may not be downloaded and why they're doing all of this.

The downloads work from a certain video id on, say id #42467.

This is how they show a link:

http://mymusclevideo.com/72828/dario-2/

The id is 72828. You can't download old videos, let's say video id#2745 and even some of the newest ones still can't be downloaded but that's an issue of the site, not the downloader.
