Other than decline chest dumb-bells exercises, how do you guys get that amazing definition in the lower chest? The definition which separates the chest from the lower body and prevents "saggy chest" syndrome?</p>
<p dir="auto">Also, how often do you work out your chest? What sort of routine do you use? Got any tips?</p>
