<![CDATA[This story kisses the asses of cops.. and pisses me off.]]>This story is about a skateboarder getting trapped under a car, so a cop comes along, takes a jack out of his car, and lifts the car off him with the jack.  We are supposed to laud praise upon this cop for being a hero.  Uh.. ANYBODY could have and would have done that!

Who DOESN'T have a jack in their car?    What a load of garbage.

I think they run stories like this to take attention from all the cop shootings in the news.

It astonishes me when cops are praised and awarded for doing the job they are paid to do.

Here's an analogy…
"Miriam Flerd was given the key to the city and a parade in her honor for escorting children safely across the street on their way to school all year long!" 
Sounds great.. but if she is employed as a crossing guard, that is hardly something to praise her for.

In the UK, we have "health and safety" laws that prevent police from doing a lot of things.

Police stand by and watch kids drown in knee deep water.  It's really sad that in the UK anyway, police are prevented from helping people due to stupid ass laws.

We have the same thing in the USA.. only laws are not required.  The police are lazy and don't need to be told not to stick their necks out.
