Rigging the nomination is 100 times worse than any collusion with Russia.   Just how much influence do people think that Russia has in the USA?  Almost NONE.

I don't believe that Trump colluded with Russia; however, Russian peoples did try to influence the campaign. Whooptie doo, who doesn't. In the end, the American voter pulled the levers and checked the boxes and they need to accept responsibility for that. The DNC, by contrast, runs by a whole set of rules that it creates for itself. It's kind of like saying that cheating at Monopoly is comparable to cheating on your taxes: They are within different spheres of influence with different rules and policies for maintaining order.

Shouldn't she be prosecuted for election fraud?  What's to prevent more election fraud in the future if Hillary goes unscathed after stealing the nomination?

It's not election fraud. It's a party not a government organization. Were she President, it's unlikely that whatsherface would have released that book. Were she president the climate would be just as ugly. With Republicans in charge of both houses, we'd have just as much blockage. What would be different is that we'd be in TPP, the economy might not be growing as strongly, and we'd have a devil of a lot more refugees.
