<![CDATA[Is this fair? Or is it Forced / corrupt?]]>Just for mathematical simplicity.. imagine a magician had two decks of cards but each deck only has 50 cards.. for a total of 100 cards.
If the magician took a look at all 100 cards and removed one, and then presented you with the remaining 99, I'm sure you would not feel that the magician was forcing a card on you.
If the magician took a look at all 100 cards and removed 5 cards, and then presented you with the remaining 95, I'm sure you would not feel that the magician was forcing a card on you.
If the magician took a look at all 100 cards and removed 70 cards, and then presented you with the remaining 30, I'm sure you would not feel that the magician was forcing a card on you.
HOWEVER if that magician took a look at all 100 cards, and removed 99 of them.. would you say that the magician forced a card on you?

I have a very real reason for presenting this poll.. please respond to it even though you may think it is a silly poll.  I will explain in a few days.

yes.. but as I will explain tomorrow.. this has nothing to do with magic.. but everything to do with manipulation. 
I will add a little more information though.. In the real life situation I will refer to, it was not 99 out of 100 being eliminated (99%) but 1584 out of 1600 being eliminated (which is still 99%).  This will make more sense tomorrow…
