Several, seems mostly Europeans, have died due to car or motorcycle crashes.

One of BelAmi's early stars was in a motorcycle crash that partially paralysed him.  He killed himself a few months after getting out of the hospital.

I'm sure "poppers" are also a danger.  That is amyl nitrate.  Nitrates are the most carcinogenic (cancer causing) chemicals that exist other than radioactive elements.  Inhaling them has to have some nasty long-term effects.  They are supposed to dilate the blood vessels or something. 
I suspect that a lot of people in the biz get hooked on crystal meth too.

I guess, and I would agree with that, that he meant that mental illnesses like depression may be common amongst pornstars. Most of times when we see people dying at young age the problem has something to do with depression / suicide and substance abuse (alcohool, drugs, etc.). I wouldn't be surprised if that be the case. I'm not making judgements… It's not something that happens to all pornstars, of course... but unfortunatelly some people don't deal well with the exposition in the long term.

Of course not all porn stars like that but I believe many of them smoke and use drugs, alcohol etc.
