<![CDATA[Weight Loss With Aging- Is it happening to u?]]>I prefer to be the meaty type and my FWB likes me that way too.
But recently I find that I'm losing weight without even trying to diet or adding more exercises. I'm close to 60 now.
I understand that losing weight with aging is normal.
I've just finished getting my annual physical checkup.
From the calculated BMI, the doctor concluded that I'm slightly overweight.
Everything else was fine. But looking at my pic, I think I'm actually quite lean.

I'm thinking of eating more to regain my weight(hurray  :cheers:)
I think having a little more meat is a good buffer against illnesses which will waste away the body.
Anybody want to discuss the pros and cons of losing weight with aging?

But, for me personally the beefy look works better with hairy guys.

That said, it's all about a man's face for me. If I am attracted to his face, very little else matters really.
