But you can jump between different countries in the EU without having to go through immigration, work between the countries in the EU without any sort of special visa, and use the same currency anywhere within the EU. The countries that make up the EU are like the states that make up the US. And yet, the European Union isn’t considered a country while the United States definitely is.</p>

<p dir="auto">Europe, my favorite city is Paris but it's unrecognizable from when I first went way back in the 90's. I'd either live in Lisbon, Portugal or someplace in The Czech Republic (though because of some people I've met here, Poland has piqued my interest).</p>

Some states are better than others (living in the Deep South can really be a challenge for some gay people)</p>
<p dir="auto">However, I probably wouldn't mind living in some Europepeon countries like Sweden, Finland, France and Ireland.</p>
