NFOrce Entertainment BV? Securest LTD?

I added a well known P2P blocklist to my bittorrent client:
http://john.bitsurge.net/public/biglist.p2p.gz

The next time I restarted, my client informed me that I could not connect to the gaytorrent.tw tracker because it is on my blocklist! That was a surprised. I pulled open the blocklist and found this definition:

NFOrce Entertainment BV:77.247.176.0-77.247.183.255

…admittedly, that's a pretty big block. They don't like NFOrce Entertainment for some reason. Ther was another definition that wasn't an exactl match, but it was on the same subnet...

Securest LTD - Block 4:77.247.179.0-77.247.179.31

...other listings seem to have some co-mingling between Securest LTD and NForce Entertainment, but that doesn't necessarily mean there is a connection.

For reference, the tracker.gaytor.rent IP address is at 77.247.179.58.

Naturally, this has caught my attention. I hope this doesn't appear like I'm stirring the pot. Is there any information which may help me better understand this potential issue with our tracker? Does NForce have some sort of rights enforcement role? Something else?

Should I go back and protest its inclusion on the blocker list?

Thank you,
The Mantari

I had to even whitelist my own ip.
