The servers are so full, that everything lags like crazy.

You get locked into a loading screen, only to get chucked out for being "inactive".  This is the issue i'm facing.  I've spent the last 4+ hour trying to do my subclass quest only to repeatedly be thrown out of the game for being locked in the load screen for the 2nd area.  I did manage to get to the Shard and click on it, to presumably complete the quest, but I was thrown out and had to start the entire thing over and have been stuck ever since.

I have managed to get some real game play in and things have improved over D1.    However, D2 no longer focuses on PVE, but rather on PVP.    Game balancing (weapon nerfing, etc) no longer focuses on PVE as we saw in D1.  It's all geared for PVP.
