Depends on what kind of club you're looking for and where. In general, "dark room", "sauna", "bath house" are clues that it might be a sex club. If you're in Asian "host" bars are for pay.

Yes I have, we have dark rooms and saunas here in Tel Aviv…its fun if you're fucked up but you still need to remember about protection, which almost everyone uses here...
