<![CDATA[Getting Bad ratio status on Utorrent]]>I'm getting a Bad Ratio Status on UTorrent even though my Ratio is 0.842 and the download Buffer reads "Your Download Buffer is about 95.57 GB"

Those count as downloading, because a seeder needs to have all files.
