They go into the progressions so you can do things like pull ups and push ups, the basic exercises.</p>
<p dir="auto">Alan Thral on YouTube has amazing videos on the squat, deadlift, and bench press, all part of a well-balanced exercise plan.</p>

I also agree it's a good thing because it's pretty universal. No matter what your target is. If you're going for the muscle grow  I would switch it then to a split system and then maybe push &amp; pull and figure out what works best for you.</p>
