I noticed Niecy Nash was in it so I was going to check it out on that alone (and probably like it just to watch her) but then when Carrie Preston showed up for the ride they had me as a guaranteed viewer.

Florida nail salon, a little shady criminal element (opioid & money laundering)  on the side and Dean Norris as a…maybe tad flamboyant strip club owner.  This is quality trash, maybe True Blood without the supernatural.
