I did google "Obama Effigy" and came up with virtually nothing.  The reason?  Nobody of any consequence put up an effigy of Obama - despite your two days of ranting about that.  Putin seems to have authorized the laser light show projected on a US embassy calling Obama a monkey and had him eating a banana.  But that is the only one I recall.  THAT one sure got a firestorm of responses.
