However, I would add that some people - like Trump - fix their mistakes, while others - like Hillary - keep making the same mistakes and doubling down.

In the video aadam101 posted, Trump said he would do his best to avoid civilian casualties, but if he found ISIS targets, he would bomb the hell out of them even though he realizes that the ISIS terrorists use their own families as human shields.

That's not what he said at all in the video.  He said "You have to take out their families" over and over again.  The family of an ISIS member is made up primarily of women and children.  Targeting and killing innocent women and children is a war crime even when the order comes from the President himself.  It not allowed under any circumstances.  Collateral damage is a completely different thing and that is not what he is talking about.
