The New York Times keeps leaking information, that's why the UK has stated it will no longer share intelligence with the US. The NYT is not concerned about National Security, that's why they keep colluding with the leakers in the White House. One big change with newspapers is that compared to the past, very few people subscribe to newspapers anymore.  They resort to daily "gotchas" to make eye-catching headlines to sell their newspapers like supermarket tabloids.  The media in the USA have adopted the tactics of England's "Fleet Street".
