Bear, Hunk, Twink, etc…
which one is the most common and why that is?

According to my own experience, the twink is most common - unfortunately IMO.

So there aren't any fixed body type that's the most popular, eventhough some like bears and older might be on the niche side of things. I go to sites like Sean Cody, or MEN, which are loaded with Hunks/Jocks, so it's actually quite rare for me to see twinks.

Although, I do think the jock type and the twink type seem to be the most popular, which might be why there's a lot of uploaded stuff that features them. They have a strong following which makes it seem like they have "taken over".
