You can literally look this up yourself. More so, most of the money pledged their was observed by the Clinton foundation, they didn't actually have any hands on this money. The Clinton Foundation often gathers financially-able entities and have them pledge monetary aid to a cause. The foundation doesn't touch the money or operations, they just observe to ensure the pledges are fulfilled. Clinton had to go out of her way to do this whereas Trump acted on a whim to do few deeds back-dropped by a blanket of greed and derision.
