I guess it's like this: when you use a dildo, you (or your partner) use it with your/his hands. That means you can control it better than a dick – some people are so clumsy and abrupt when using their dick to fuck a hole that it can hurt you. With a dildo (or a finger, or a fist) everything is more easily controlled (speed, depth, etc). So for a person who has hemorrhoids (or just any other kind of problem) and can't take stuff in his ass easily, dildos and hands work the best than the dick of a clumsy fucker

Yo guys, I wanted to ask you something cause it really baffles me:

I'm a vers dude in general but I mostly prefer to bottom, however, some months ago, I started having very very acute pain whenever a guy fucked me, to the point it would bring tears to my eyes. Lubrication was not a problem, the pain was still there even with a shit ton of lube. But that's not the weird part. I'm afraid I can't help you but I have the exact opposite  ;D I don't feel pleasure from anal sex as a bottom so I won't put any dildos or toys in me but I have a weakness towards the dick. So I can't even finger myself because my ass is so tight and stuff but I just sometimes can't help myself but sit on a dick even if it hurts
