I know this  is an old topic, but it's one that's worthwhile of ongoing discussion.

Porn can be a healthy release.  The problem, however, is that for many people it becomes a substitute for everyday activities and becomes excessive.  The human brain is just not wired to be constantly sexually active, so as long as you take breaks and balance your porn with healthy pursuits like physical activity, social activity, and (real) physical companionship it's okay to spice it up with some porn.
