It's been my experience that I'm warmer if I'm not wearing anything. This is why first aid treatment for hypothermia is to strip down with the victim and both get into one sleeping bag; your body heat fills the space of the bag and transfers easily into the cold person. I went winter camping a lot when a teen, and learned that on the coldest campouts, if I wanted to be warm when I slept, I needed to take off all the extra clothes that prevented my body heat from filling my sleeping bag. The same goes for bed sheets; if I want my heat to fill the space, I need to wear less clothes.

Same here, I can't sleep naked alone or with someone with me… just can't, It feels very weird when my bare skin touches the sheets.

That being said, I always sleep with underwear (boxer-briefs or boxers) on and sometimes a t-shirt.

In winter, when temperatures -30, thanks to Atomic Energy and Gas, we have rather cheap payment for heating and electricity, it helps to be in home in shirts and t-shirts and sleep naked))

Started sleeping naked since I turned about 16/17 and had my own room. Still slept naked sometimes if I felt like it when I had a roommate. Right now I'm sharing a room with my little bro temporarily and sleep naked sometimes. I'll only wear clothes for modesty. 😛
