<![CDATA[Steven Universe, which forum to put?]]>I won't say that Steven Universe is a guilty pleasure because it's not guilty at all, haha.  There's a recent five EP release that I'd like to bring up here because it's putting up gay positive messages again.

But where does it go?  It's a TV show that is is gay positive so does it go to themed TV?  It's a kids show, so there's no really sexual stuff so does it go on non themed TV?  But then it's animation too and there's no animation sub forum.  Unless anime counts and Steven Universe isn't anime though it's highly influenced by it, hehe.

Any Steven Universe fans here?

It's one of the most queer positive shows out there- and even more impressive since it's an animated series.
They manage to depict really powerful, emotional stories mixed in with a lot of action and comedy. There's a layer to it that's meant to be appreciated by a more mature audience without alienating the kids.  🙂

Themed TV is not about overt sexual content- it is about being relevant to or touching on gay issues and Steven U definitely does that. It would be a good fit there.
