Go on E-bay and get something called a "prostate massager"  It looks like a T only it is contoured and curvy.  It should cost about $10    It goes in fairly easily, and because of its shape, it STAYS in.  Aneros makes very expensive versions of these which are frankly identical to the $10 one's, except Aneros wants a minimum of $60 for them.
