It's not like a fine wine you can judge by the year – you have to judge it by you! And of course assess if you want to come out to the people you choose to, if you are safe doing so, and so forth. There are many considerations in thinking about coming out, but if you have decided you are ready and you feel the time is right, you should go for it! Best success to you.

The question you should ask yourself is not "is this the right time to come out?" but "am I ready to come out at this moment of time or not?". Unless you feel comfortable, don't do it! There is no reason to push it, just wait till the right moment comes. After all, you are going to remember this moment for the rest of your life, no matter what the outcome will be ::)
