These days most porn are distributed online so you see less full length type of movies, so it's less likely to have quality plot based movies. Also it would be a lot more costly to make with the sets required, whereas a simple sex scene clip only need a room, just look at Men.com's parody clips, it'd be quite expensive to just get costumes etc.
