I don't think the market for that is declining. The opposite is true. Look at how many VHS tapes there were in the 80s and 90s catering to daddies and bears. Only a handful, really.

Now look at the selection.

The Internet has allowed guys like me to have a market presence, when before we never bothered because we knew only twink stuff was available.

Paul Carrigan to my knowledge mostly did amateur stuff and usually amateur porn guys come and go.

Tony Greene, I have no idea who he is. After searching his name and looking at his pics, I'm still drawing a blank and he doesn't look familiar at all.

Couple more names.

Carolina Jim was another one who disappeared. People say he became a very high profile Christian minister and basically changed his whole life around and no longer does that crap.

Ray Harley, although I didn't really care for him, went off the radar.

Steve Rambo also is lone gone.

Allen Silver I don't see anymore.

I'll list a couple more notable guys because I could be here all day.

Clint Taylor was also nice and I don't see him anymore. Dirk Caber slipped away too. Also Jay Crew as well. He's no longer seen.

But as of late, gay porn is 95% Sean Cody, Corbinfisher etc., white or white looking, 20s, basketball/baseball/track/wrestler/swimmers build- blond/brunette/, college/frat guy types. Which is okay and fine.

Anything that doesn't fall into that category, like bear, older, guy next door, etc. is the remaining 5% and the market for that is sadly declining, and these guys probably turn to doing more underground private stuff like escorting or live shows.

So that's maybe why these older gay porn stars are vanishing. It's a shame.
