If your skin is normal or dry then you probably won't have problem with any of those ingredients, but I guess that person who asked the question has combination or oily skin if he can get zits easily.</p>

these are most commonly used in moisturizing products but aren't good for skin which can easily break out.</p>
<p dir="auto">also avoid products targeted for dry skin and choose those for oily/combination (or normal) skin.</p>
