<![CDATA[Failure: Bad Ratio]]>I'm having an odd problem… I haven't been able to download today because I keep getting an error saying "Failure: Bad Ratio." My ratio is fine, though. I have triple-checked everything. I have only downloaded 5 files in the past 24 hours, and I am entitled to 49! The error message also says I am not allowed to download more than 15 files at a time -- but I am only trying to download 4. Is this a glitch anyone else has had? Is there something I need to do to "convince" the system I'm OK to download? Edited to add: I should have mentioned my current ratio is 1.518.

In the event that it happens again, the Helpdesk should be able to reset your account for you to resolve this problem manually.

After several hours, it seems to have fixed itself. And I found advice elsewhere on the forum on how to try to fix it in my profile.
