If you could suggest one piece of cardo equipment for in home use what would it be? I lost about 60lbs using the treadmill, but those are loud and so heavy and big. With the kids right now, getting to the gym is a chore and my weight is creeping right back up. I have a room I could put it in, and watch TV etc at the same time. I was thinking like a step climber? Any experiences?
