I have a feeling it will be censored a fair bit on steam

the creator has planned on allowing for a downloadable patch for those who got it on steam. the patch would allow access to the other fun parts of the game.

It's an adventure in which you can marry one of 12 characters (half of them are men). You can live together and even get children. 🙂
But it's definetly not in any way sexual, so be aware of that. 😉

Can't you just change your system locale to Japanese? I did that to play and it didn't do anything besides change the right-clicking desktop menus to japanese.

One of my recent favorites (and it's uncensored!) is "No, Thank you!!!". You should also check out "Dramatical Murder", that one has a great story.

In addition to the Bioware games mentioned, you can also have some element of gay romance in several Bethesda games, such as Skyrim and Fallout 4.

There's also See No Evil by Bigfingers, which is an adventure game (sexually explicit)

Other than that, any Bioware RPG made in the last ten years allows for gay romance.
There's also apparently a gay subplot in "The Technomancer" which is a new Action-RPG, thought I haven't played that one yet so I can't tell you anything about it.
