You don't NEED to click on the username to help with a reseed. But I always do and haven't had your problem

Hello i receive a message in my message box in this site to reseed a video.

If you mean the HideRef page which comes up just before the torrent page does, that's done to make the forwarding anonymous. However,

When i click on his username, the link redirects in a malware page

You shouldn't be asked to click on a username in response to a reseed request. If that's the case, I would delete the message.
