<![CDATA[We've been pooping the wrong way for years.]]>I saw a video online that suggests the way we go #2 is wrong. Apparently, the sitting pose we use pinches up the works and makes it harder for matter the pass. Solution? Using a step-stool to raise your knees so that you're in more of a squatting position. What do you think about this?

As for myself, I think it's a sound theory. But if you ask me, that makes far too much work out of going poop. LOL!

You don't need anything else. Works just as well.

Another benefit of squatting is that you can stay in that position for too long without your legs getting cramped. So, no toilet breaks with your phone! Lol
