<![CDATA[Making and uploading big file for the sake of ratio]]>I suspect that some users make and upload bigger than necessary video files only for the sake of improving their ratio. Some big files even do not meet the quality expectation, and may have even be re-coded just to make them bigger. I came to the idea when I downloaded 2GB avi file with very high bit-rate. Just wanted to share this concern, what do others think?

Secondly, I would just like to ask if anybody knows the reason why movie files are lately uploaded with torrent names like
mp4gaymoviemp4 or aviothermovieavi?

You can change the name back, that's reversable - but I don't know if you can undo the upsizing without quality loss?

Erm, basically that's because that's how that uploader wants to do it

And yes, upsizing a movie for the sake of ratio is a bad habit but on the other hand in some cases it's just that the filesizes have grown much in the last few years according to new tech.
