Also I find that if I don't go in the morning, I tend to just be too tired or lazy in the evening and I'll blow it off.

I usually go for 30-45 min. walks before dawn, though. Between 4-5 AM. I don't like people or sunlight.

Is the time my designated instructor is there, there's not many people to hog the machines and by that time I have most of my day's schedule done, so the only thing that worries me is heading back home too late.
